Troubleshoot the Issue

There is a Velcro strap on the bottom of the chair above the rear shroud that is more than likely too tight or too high.

1. Remove the strap, run the chair and see if the sound goes away.

2. If the sound goes away with removal of the strap, reinstall the strap in a lower or looser position.

      a. As an option, the strap can be completely removed from the chair.
