Troubleshoot the issue
A. The vibration massage does not work at all.
1. Confirm that the Stop button on the Remote Control is not lit; if the button is lit, press it to deactivate the Stop function.
2. If the problem remains, tilt the chair forward and confirm that the vibration motor cable connectors are securely attached to the Control Module.
NOTE - There are 3 vibration motor cables (Legs, Seat, Back). Each of the heat cables will be a 2 prong connector and have the corresponding tag on the cable length.
3. If the problem remains please contact our Customer Experience team.
B. The vibration massage only works in some areas.
4. Tilt the chair forward and confirm that the three vibration motor cable connectors (back, seat, leg) are securely attached to the Control Module.(pictured above).
