Troubleshoot the issue
1. Verify that the chair is plugged in and on by checking the lighted Power Button on the Remote Control.
If the chair will not power on, try the following:
a. Unplug the chair from the power outlet, then plug the chair back in.
b. Using another device, verify the power outlet is functioning correctly.
c. Verify that all connections and elements of the Power Adaptor are attached securely and undamaged.
2. Using the haptic Recline and Incline buttons on the inner right side of the chair, check for functionality.
3. Using the haptic Leg up and Leg Down buttons on the inner left side of the chair, check for functionality.
4. If the chairs haptic buttons do not respond, verify the buttons are not locked by following the step below (found on page 11 of the Circa Use and Care Manual).
