Troubleshoot the issue.
Confirm that the chair has been fully restored by pressing and holding the Restore button on the remote for at least three seconds.
NOTE - After using the lift function, and then restoring the chair to the floor position, continue holding the Restore button for at least three seconds to fully restore the chair; the chair must be fully restored
before any other position adjustments can be made.
If restoring the chair does not resolve the issue, please contact our Customer Experience team.
