Troubleshoot the issue

1. Verify the Foot and Calf Massager is correctly connected to the chair by lifting the Foot and Calf Massager and inspecting the connections underneath.

2. Verify the Remote Control is correctly connected to the chair.

3. Manually extend the Foot and Calf Massager using the remote control. 

If the Foot and Calf Massager will not extend/retract, contact our Customer Experience team.

 

4. Verify the program auto-detection is working.

There are sensors in the bottom of the Foot and Calf Massager where the foot touches on the bottom (see picture below). Make sure the users foot is placed firmly and flat in the foot and calf massager, pressure must be applies to at least 1 of the points for correct operation.

During auto-detection, The foot portion of the massager will extend outward until the sensor(s) does not have any pressure against it, at which point it determines the correct extension point for the user.
