In the event that you wish to cancel your HumanTouch.com order, we will do our best to accommodate your request without any fees. To request a cancellation, just call Customer Experience at 800-355-2762 during business hours or email us at csadmin@humantouch.com. 

If it hasn’t shipped yet, no fees will apply. Due to our freight carrier agreements, any items that have already shipped out are subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
