HUMAN TOUCH NATIONWIDE CONSUMER WARRANTY

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Human Touch consumer product and is not
transferable. The warranty applies to products purchased and located in the United States.

Authorized Resellers & Product Eligibility:
This warranty applies only to products purchased from Human Touch or an authorized Human Touch
reseller. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplace sellers, liquidation
sales, or private sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage. If you are unsure whether your retailer is
authorized, contact Human Touch customer support prior to purchase at support.humantouch.com.
Refurbished or resale products purchased through an authorized Human Touch reseller are sold as-is
and are eligible for a limited 90-day parts warranty only. No labor, in-field service, or other warranty
benefits apply to refurbished or resale purchases. This 90-day coverage period begins on the date of
purchase and is not transferable.

Consumer Use Definition and Coverage Scope:
For the purposes of this warranty, consumer use refers to the use of the product for residential purposes,
including but not limited to use in a home or private residence. This warranty applies solely to products
used for such residential purposes. Use of this product in a commercial setting — including but not limited
to a fitness facility, health club, spa, hotel, corporate facility, or any other commercial establishment — is
expressly excluded from this Consumer Warranty. Products placed into commercial use will be subject
exclusively to the Human Touch Nationwide Commercial Warranty terms; for details, visit
pro.humantouch.com. Human Touch reserves the right to void Consumer Warranty coverage upon
determination that the product is or has been used commercially.

Exclusive Remedy:
The exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts or the
supply of labor to cure covered defects. Replacement parts may include reconditioned parts restored to
as new condition.

Nationwide Service Network:
Labor will be provided by Human Touch’s nationwide network of authorized service technicians for repairs
that require a skilled technician and cannot be handled via customer instruction, subject to regional
service availability.

Service Requests:
Customers can request service by contacting Human Touch customer support department. Refer to
Owner’s Manual for detailed procedures. Warranty service may begin with remote troubleshooting to
diagnose the issue. In-home service, when available, depends on the product model and the applicable
warranty coverage period. Visit support.humantouch.com for support.

Consumer Self-Install Parts:
The following parts are designated for consumer self-installation. Human Touch will provide instructional
videos and written guides for all listed parts. A service technician visit will not be dispatched for these
components; the consumer is responsible for installation using the provided instructions.
• Remote controls (on Massage Chairs and select Recliners)
• Body pads
• Pillows
• Foot/calf massage units

Remote Video Inspection:
Human Touch may, at its discretion, require a remote video inspection as a prerequisite to authorizing
warranty parts fulfillment or scheduling an in-home repair visit. Inspections will be conducted using a
Human Touch-designated remote inspection tool or platform. The purpose of this process is to validate
the reported defect, improve diagnostic accuracy, and reduce unnecessary service dispatches. Failure to
participate in a requested video inspection may delay or limit warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance, theft, vandalism,
fire, flood, or other natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or other exclusions outlined in the
product Owner's Manual. This includes use of the product in an outdoor environment, exceeding the
recommended weight limit, or use beyond intended residential purposes as defined above.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to foam softening from
regular use, fabric wear, leather texture or color variation, creasing, or pilling that may occur over time.
These conditions are considered normal characteristics of upholstery materials and do not constitute
manufacturing defects. Cuts in upholstery are similarly excluded.

This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper use of electrical supply or
power accessories, loss of power, electrical disturbances or power surges, dropped product, or failure to
follow operating instructions.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by user abuse, defined as use beyond intended consumer
purposes or exceeding structural design limits.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by animals, rodents (including but not limited to chewed or
contaminated wiring, components, or upholstery), insects, or other pests, regardless of circumstances.

Damage incurred during shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty and must
be reported and documented at the time of delivery. Claims for shipping damage submitted after
delivery acceptance will not be honored.

Human Touch reserves the right to determine whether a covered product will be repaired, replaced, or
substituted with a comparable product at its discretion. Replacement products are not guaranteed to be
identical or current models, and warranty coverage will not exceed the original purchase price of the
product.

All warranty replacement chairs shall be delivered via the same method as the original chair, either
Residential Threshold or White Glove.

White Glove delivery, installation and assembly, or removal of the original chair may be arranged for an
additional fee.

Proper Use:
The product must be used only for intended residential purposes as defined above and in accordance
with product instructions and warnings. Damage or failure resulting from unintended use is not covered.

Proper Maintenance:
Maintenance requirements for this product are governed by the Human Touch Owner’s Manual, which is
provided as a separate document and incorporated herein by reference. Compliance with all inspection,
cleaning, and maintenance procedures set forth in the Owner’s Manual is a condition of warranty
coverage. Failure to follow the prescribed maintenance schedule may void warranty coverage for any
damage attributable to such failure.

Aggregate Warranty Cost Cap:
Warranty service coverage per unit is subject to the following aggregate limits:
a. Product replacement is limited to one (1) chair per warranty term. Additional replacements are
subject to product deductibles for the products set forth in Schedule A.
• The balance of the original products warranty term shall be applied to the replaced product.
b. The aggregate cost of all warranty services rendered for the original purchased unit — including
parts, labor, and freight — may not exceed the original purchase price paid by the consumer for
that product.
c. The aggregate cost of all warranty services rendered for a replaced unit (a.) — including parts,
labor, and freight — may not exceed 50% of the original purchase price paid by the consumer for
that product.
d. Warranty service costs will be tracked by serial number. Once the aggregate cost cap is reached,
further warranty service is subject to the parts and service deductible, as set forth in Schedule C,
or purchase of additional coverage at Human Touch’s discretion.

Service Distance Charge:
Warranty service calls dispatched to locations outside of an identified geographical service market center
may be subject to a distance-based travel surcharge in addition to any applicable labor coverage.
Distance charge rates and applicable zones are set forth in Schedule B attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference. Human Touch reserves the right to update the distance charge schedule periodically
with reasonable notice.

Access for Service:
End user must provide clear access to perform warranty repairs. Any costs associated with providing
access are not covered.

Replacement Parts:
Only genuine Human Touch replacement parts may be used for repairs covered by warranty. Use of
unapproved parts voids warranty.
