Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts in upholstery, or damage caused by improper
use, assembly, maintenance, theft, vandalism, fire, flood or other natural disasters, unauthorized
modifications, or other exclusions outlined in the product’s Use & Care Manual.
This warranty also does not cover damage caused by user abuse, defined as use beyond intended
commercial purposes or exceeding structural design limits.
Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage to the foot/calf massager resulting from use while
wearing shoes, nor damage resulting from a user standing on the foot/calf massager when entering or
exiting the chair. Such damage is considered misuse and is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
Upon identification of a defect and submission of a warranty service request, the chair should be taken
out of service and not used until the repair is completed. Continued use of a chair with a known defect
may cause additional damage beyond the original covered defect. Any such additional damage resulting
from continued use after a warranty claim has been submitted will not be covered under this warranty.

Climate Control and Storage Requirements:

Products must be stored and operated in a climate-controlled environment. Human Touch recommends maintaining storage and operating environments within temperature and humidity ranges specified in the product’s Use & Care Manual. Damage attributable to exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, moisture, or pest infestation (including but not limited to damage caused by rodents, insects, or other animals to wiring, components, or upholstery) is expressly excluded from warranty coverage and will not be remedied under this warranty.

Damage attributable to exposure to salt air, halotherapy or salt room environments, corrosive chemicals, or other corrosive atmospheric conditions, including indirect exposure from equipment or treatments operating in the same room or adjacent space is expressly excluded from warranty coverage and will not be remedied under this warranty.

Proper Use:
The product must be used only for intended commercial purposes as defined above and in accordance
with product instructions and warnings listed in the product’s Use & Care Manual. Damage or failure
resulting from unintended use is not covered.

Proper Maintenance:
Maintenance requirements for this product are governed by the Human Touch Use & Care Manual, which
is provided as a separate document and incorporated herein by reference. Compliance with all inspection,
cleaning, and maintenance procedures set forth in the Use & Care Manual is a condition of warranty
coverage. Failure to follow the prescribed maintenance schedule may void warranty coverage for any
damage attributable to such failure.

Access for Service:
End user must provide clear access to perform warranty repairs. Any costs associated with providing
access are not covered.

Replacement Parts:
Only genuine Human Touch replacement parts may be used for repairs covered by warranty. Use of third party
or unauthorized parts voids this warranty.

Human Touch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to fulfill warranty replacement obligations using
refurbished parts or components that have been inspected, tested, and restored to like-new condition.
The use of refurbished parts does not diminish or alter any remaining warranty coverage applicable to the
repaired product.

Modifications:
Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product voids this warranty.

Liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Human Touch
shall not be liable for damages caused by delay in rendering services under this warranty.
In no event shall Human Touch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out
of or related to any product defect or warranty claim, even if Human Touch has been advised of the
