Commercial warranty coverage depends on where the chair is purchased.
Chairs Purchased from HumanTouch.com
Chairs sold on HumanTouch.com are consumer products and do not include a commercial warranty.
If a chair purchased from HumanTouch.com will be used in a commercial setting, a separate Commercial Warranty must be purchased. The standard consumer warranty alone does not provide commercial-use coverage.
Commercial settings include businesses, offices, medical or wellness facilities, hotels, gyms, and other locations where the chair is used by customers, patients, employees, guests, or the general public.

Chairs Purchased from ProHumanTouch.com
Chairs sold through ProHumanTouch.com are made for commercial settings and already include commercial warranty coverage.
Customers purchasing a chair from ProHumanTouch.com do not need to purchase a separate Commercial Warranty.
Coverage Provided by the Separately Purchased Commercial Warranty
For eligible consumer chairs purchased from HumanTouch.com, the separately purchased Commercial Warranty supersedes and replaces the standard consumer warranty with the following coverage:
- 3 years: Structural coverage
- 2 years: Other parts
- 1 year: Pads and liner parts
- 1 year: In-home service
Commercial warranty extensions are not available.
Commercial Warranty Retail Prices
The following prices apply when purchasing a separate Commercial Warranty for an eligible chair sold on HumanTouch.com:
- Super Novo X: $699
- Super Novo 3.0, Super Novo 2.0, and Novo Flex: $599
- WholeBody Rove, WholeBody 8.0, and WholeBody 7.1: $499
- All Perfect Chair models and Zero Gravity Recliner models: $399
Important Commercial Warranty Information
- Chairs purchased from HumanTouch.com do not automatically include commercial-use coverage.
- A separate Commercial Warranty is required when a HumanTouch.com chair will be used in a commercial setting.
- Chairs purchased from ProHumanTouch.com already include commercial warranty coverage. No additional Commercial Warranty is required.
- The standard consumer warranty does not cover commercial use.
- Commercial warranty extensions are not available.
