Can I repair my Human Touch product myself?
Depending on the product and the repair needed, you may be able to install a replacement part yourself after the issue has been diagnosed and the correct part has been identified.
If a self-repair is appropriate, Human Touch may provide step-by-step installation instructions, a repair video, or other guidance. Review all instructions before beginning and follow them carefully.
Before attempting a repair
- Do not attempt to diagnose or repair the product while it is connected to power.
- Do not disassemble the product beyond the provided instructions.
- Use only the replacement part recommended for your specific model.
- Do not perform a repair if you are uncomfortable completing the required steps.
- Contact Human Touch if the instructions are unclear or the repair differs from the provided guidance.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or work that does not follow Human Touch instructions are not be covered under the product warranty.

To have the issue diagnosed or request warranty-related assistance, submit a Human Touch Service Request.
Please provide:

- Product serial number
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the issue, if available
- Current service address
Human Touch will review the information and recommend the appropriate next steps.
Technician installation
If you prefer not to install the part yourself, Human Touch may be able to coordinate a qualified technician, depending on the product, repair, and service location.
Technician availability is not guaranteed. Service, labor, or travel fees may apply depending on warranty coverage and location. All warranty service must be approved and authorized by Human Touch before the work is performed.
