How to Reset a Perfect Chair PC-600 or PC-610?

If your Perfect Chair PC-600 or PC-610 is not operating correctly, resetting the chair may resolve the issue.

Reset the Chair

1. Unplug the chair from the wall outlet.
2. Locate the control module and disconnect its three connectors.
3. Wait approximately 30 seconds.
4. Reconnect all three connectors. Press each connector firmly into place and tap it gently with the palm of your hand to confirm it is securely connected.
5. Plug the chair directly into a tested, working wall outlet.
6. Test the chair.

Do not plug the chair into a surge protector or power strip while troubleshooting.

If the Reset Does Not Resolve the Issue

You can test the backrest and footrest connections to help identify which component may be causing the problem.

1. Unplug the chair before changing any connections.
2. Connect the footrest cable to the backrest connection on the control module.
3. Plug the chair back in and use the backrest control on the joystick to test whether the footrest motor operates.
4. Unplug the chair again.
5. Connect the backrest cable to the footrest connection on the control module.
6. Plug the chair back in and use the footrest control on the joystick to test whether the backrest motor operates.
7. After testing, unplug the chair and return both cables to their original connections.
