At Human Touch®, we understand how frustrating it can be when your chair is not operating as expected, and we want you to know that our team is here to help guide you through the process.

Our products are built with quality and performance in mind, but like many mechanical products, service may occasionally be needed to restore optimal operation. Whether your product is currently under warranty or outside of coverage, our Customer Experience team will review your request and help determine the best available solution.

Before submitting your request, please have the following available if possible:
• Serial number
• Proof of purchase
• Product model name
• Photos or videos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

Once your request is submitted, a Customer Experience team member will review your information and respond within 1–2 business days.

To help speed up the process, our team may request photos or a short video of the issue you are experiencing. This often helps us diagnose concerns more quickly, reduce delays, and provide the best resolution as efficiently as possible. If additional media is needed, we will guide you step by step.
