How do I use the Human Touch mobile app?
The Human Touch® App provides additional features for compatible Human Touch massage chairs and zero gravity recliners. Available controls and features depend on your product model.
Download the Human Touch App
Download the app from the appropriate store:
Review the current operating-system and device requirements in the app store before downloading.
Human Touch recommends using the current Human Touch App instead of older chair-specific apps, which may no longer be available or supported.
How to connect the app to your chair
To get started:
- Download and install the Human Touch App.
- Open the app and follow the prompts to create an account or sign in.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your chair’s settings.
- Follow the instructions in the app to select and connect your compatible Human Touch product.
The chair supports only one Bluetooth connection at a time. Disconnect other Bluetooth devices or applications from the chair before attempting to connect the Human Touch App.

Human Touch App features
Depending on your product model, the app may allow you to:
- Control compatible chair functions from your smartphone
- Adjust massage programs, techniques, speed, and intensity
- Adjust chair position and activate zero gravity
- Control heat and other supported comfort features
- Create and save favorite massage settings
- Access guided meditation and BrainTap audio content
- View tips and instructional videos
- Create audio or video playlists
- Set massage and relaxation reminders
Not every feature is available with every Human Touch product.
Features available with the Super Novo
When connected to a compatible Super Novo massage chair, the app may allow you to:
- Create favorite massage programs
- Select supported massage techniques, including Shiatsu, Thai, and Sports
- Adjust Cloud Touch focus and intensity
- Control heat and Sound Soothe
- Select massage duration
- Adjust chair positioning
- Activate one-touch zero gravity
- Select automatic and manual massage settings
Features available with the Gravis ZG Chair
When connected to a compatible Gravis ZG Chair, the app may allow you to:
- Save favorite chair positions and settings
- Control air massage and heat
- Access Health Motion features
- Use Smart Motion to receive subtle movement reminders after remaining in one position
- Use Smart Sitting to return the chair to an upright position at a selected time
What should I do if the app does not connect?
If the Human Touch App does not connect to your chair:
- Confirm that your chair is compatible with the app.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both your mobile device and the chair.
- Disconnect any other device or application connected to the chair through Bluetooth.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart your mobile device and chair.
- Confirm that you have installed the latest version of the app.
- If needed, delete and reinstall the app to apply current updates.
If you still need assistance, submit a Human Touch Service Request.
