Can I move my Human Touch product myself?
You may be able to move your Human Touch® product yourself, but the correct procedure depends on the product model.
Human Touch massage chairs and zero gravity recliners are large and heavy. Always use at least two people when the product manual requires it. Do not attempt to lift or move a heavy chair alone.
Before moving the product
- Turn off the product.
- Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Secure the power cord and controller.
- Remove detachable components only when instructed by the product manual.
- Clear the moving path.
- Measure doorways, hallways, stairs, and elevators.
- Protect the product, walls, doors, and flooring.
- Use the chair’s mobility wheels only as instructed.
- Do not drag, drop, or lift the chair by the upholstery, armrests, footrest, or controller.
Some models require specific parts, such as the foot and calf massager, to be removed before the fully assembled chair is moved.

If instructions are unavailable or you need additional assistance, submit a Human Touch Service Request. Include the product model, serial number, and a description of the move, including any stairs or narrow access points.
Human Touch does not provide residential moving services. Consider hiring a qualified furniture-moving company if the product must be moved through stairs, narrow spaces, or another difficult location.
