Replacement pads may be available for select Human Touch massage chairs and Perfect Chair® recliners.
Availability and compatibility depend on:
- The chair model
- The chair’s age
- The chair’s serial number
- The original pad type
- The replacement pad style, material, and color
- Current inventory and product availability
Replacement pads are not interchangeable between all chair models. Confirm compatibility before purchasing or installing a replacement pad.
Perfect Chair Replacement Pad Sets
Available Perfect Chair replacement pad sets and accessories can be viewed on the Human Touch Perfect Chair Accessories page.
A pad set shown online may only be compatible with specific Perfect Chair base models. Review the product details carefully and confirm that the replacement pad matches your chair model before ordering.
Replacement Pads Not Listed Online
If you do not see the replacement pad you need online, contact Human Touch Customer Experience by:

Please provide:
- Your chair’s complete model name or model number
- The chair’s serial number
- The approximate purchase date or age of the chair
