CERTUS - The heat on the back doesn't feel as hot as the heat on the Foot/Calf Massager

Q. The Certus chair feels less hot backrest pad than the footrest area.

A. This is normal, also the heat on the backrest can't be felt right away, it takes about 5-7 minutes to fully warm up.
