Can I trade in my old Human Touch chair for a discount on a new one?
No. Human Touch® does not accept previously owned products as trade-ins or apply their value as credit toward a new purchase.
Returning-customer loyalty discount
Returning Human Touch customers may be eligible for a loyalty discount on qualifying full-priced products available at HumanTouch.com.
Eligibility, discount amount, eligible products, and other terms are subject to confirmation. Loyalty discounts may not apply to sale items, promotional pricing, or other excluded products and may not be combined with additional offers.
To request more information, submit a Human Touch Service Request and include:
- Current chair model
- Chair serial number
- Approximate purchase date
- Product you are interested in purchasing
Submitting a request does not guarantee eligibility for a discount.
Donating or disposing of your existing chair
Customers are responsible for arranging the donation, resale, recycling, removal, or disposal of an existing product. Human Touch does not coordinate transportation, pickup, or other logistics for donated or discarded chairs.
Human Touch product warranties are non-transferable and do not transfer to a new owner if the chair is donated, gifted, or resold.
