Why is a Human Touch product no longer on the website?

A Human Touch® product may be removed from HumanTouch.com when it has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase directly from Human Touch.

A discontinued product may still be available through an authorized retailer while remaining inventory lasts. Product availability varies by retailer, and Human Touch cannot confirm individual store inventory.

Can I still find the product manual?

Use and Care Manuals for many current and discontinued Human Touch products are available on the Human Touch Use and Care Manuals Page.

You will need the product’s model number to locate the correct manual. The model number may be shown as the P/N on the product’s serial-number label.

Can I still obtain parts or service?

Replacement parts and service options for discontinued products depend on the product’s model, age, condition, and current parts availability.

To request assistance, submit a Human Touch Service Request and provide:

• Product model number
• Product serial number
• Approximate purchase date
• Description of the assistance needed
• Photos or videos of the product or issue, if available

Human Touch will review the information and advise whether documentation, compatible parts, or service options are currently available.

Parts and service cannot be guaranteed for older or discontinued products.
