While you can take your Human Touch product with you to most countries in the world and use it safely, HT can, for legal and liability reasons, not advise or make recommendations on voltage and plug adapters or any other country-specific requirements. HT products are certified to be used in the country or region for which they are designed; your warranty is therefore void if the product is used outside the country or region for which it is intended.
The specific operating requirements for each product are clearly stated in the product’s use and care manual. Customers who wish to take a product abroad, at their own risk, should take the operating requirements to a local electronics retailer for advice on proper up/down voltage converters and electrical outlet adapters for the destination country. Such devices should have a rated output (Watts or Amps) at least 25% higher than the maximum power consumption listed in the HT use & care manual for the specific product. HT products require true sine-wave AC but will allow power grid frequencies of either 50Hz or 60 Hz.
