Troubleshoot the Issue
1. Completely power off the chair.
• Unplug the Power Cord from the wall outlet.
• Wait 15 seconds.
• Plug the Power Cord back into the wall outlet.
2. If applicable, disconnect the end of the Remote Control cable where it attaches to the chair, then re-attach the connection assuring it is correctly and securely connected.
3. Power on the chair and re-test.
