How much does shipping cost?
Human Touch® offers free shipping on all products delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Human Touch cannot ship products to P.O. boxes; a physical street address is required.
Complimentary Threshold Delivery
HumanTouch.com chair orders include complimentary Threshold Delivery at no additional cost.
Threshold Delivery includes:
- A call from the delivery carrier to schedule a delivery appointment
- Delivery to your front door
- First-floor delivery only
Threshold Delivery does not include bringing the chair into your home, assembling it, placing it in a room, or removing the packaging.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available as an optional upgrade for chair orders.
White Glove Delivery includes:
- Delivery to the first floor of your home
- Placement and assembly in the room of your choice on the first floor
- Removal of all packaging
In most cases, delivery involving one flight of stairs is included with White Glove Delivery. Multiple floors or flights of stairs may result in an additional charge.
Please disclose all stairs, limited access, narrow entrances, elevators, or other special delivery requirements before delivery so any additional services or charges can be confirmed.
Small-product delivery
Small products, including Perfect Chair® accessories and Reflex products, are generally delivered by UPS Ground.
The carrier and delivery method may vary based on the product, destination, and order details.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii require a separate shipping quote. Shipping availability and charges must be confirmed before the order is placed.
