Why does my Perfect Chair pad set have wrinkles?

Perfect Chair® pad sets use a soft, loose-pillow design rather than rigid spring-form construction. Because the upholstery and cushioning are designed to remain soft and flexible, the pad set may not appear completely smooth.

Normal characteristics may include:

• Wrinkles
• Creases
• Soft folds
• Slight variations in the upholstery
• Changes in appearance after sitting or reclining

These characteristics are expected and do not generally indicate a manufacturing defect. Genuine leather may also develop natural variations and creases with use.
