Can I purchase an extended warranty for my Human Touch product?
A Human Touch® Premium Protection Plan may be available for eligible chairs. The plan must be purchased within 30 days of the chair’s original purchase date.
Premium Protection Plans are available for residential consumer use only. Commercial use is not covered.
What does a Premium Protection Plan cover?
A Premium Protection Plan extends the applicable parts and in-home service coverage under the chair’s limited product warranty to either three or five years, depending on the plan purchased.
The plan does not necessarily extend every part of the original product warranty. Coverage is subject to the Premium Protection Plan terms and the chair’s applicable limited warranty.

How do I purchase a Premium Protection Plan?
Submit a Human Touch Service Request within 30 days of the chair’s original purchase date.
Please provide:
- Complete chair model
- Chair serial number
- Purchase date
- Place of purchase
- Copy of the original purchase receipt
- The Premium Protection Plan you would like to purchase
Human Touch will review your information, confirm eligibility, and provide the next steps for purchasing the plan.
