Can I use my Human Touch product after moving outside the United States?

Human Touch® products are designed and certified for use in the country or region where they were originally sold.

Human Touch cannot confirm that a U.S. product can be used safely in another country and cannot recommend specific voltage converters, plug adapters, or other country-specific electrical equipment.

Using a Human Touch product outside the country or region for which it was designed will void the product warranty.

Check your product’s electrical requirements

Before moving or using your product outside the United States, review its use and care manual for the specific:

• Operating voltage
• Electrical frequency
• Maximum power consumption
• Grounding requirements
• Plug and outlet requirements
• Safety warnings

Electrical requirements vary by product. Do not assume that the specifications for one Human Touch product apply to another model.

Voltage converters and plug adapters

Human Touch cannot select, approve, or recommend a voltage converter, plug adapter, transformer, or other electrical device for use outside the product’s intended country or region.

If you decide to take the product outside the United States, you do so at your own risk. Consult a qualified electrician or electrical specialist in the destination country and provide the operating specifications from your product’s use and care manual.

Any converter considered for use should:

• Produce true sine-wave AC power
• Support the local 50 Hz or 60 Hz electrical frequency
• Have a rated output in watts or amps that is at least 25% higher than the product’s maximum power consumption

These specifications do not guarantee compatibility or safe operation. Local voltage, grounding, outlets, electrical codes, and certification requirements must also be evaluated by a qualified professional.

Do not use the product if its electrical or grounding requirements cannot be met.
