Troubleshoot the issue

NOTE - The USB Port on the Super Novo massage chair is for device charging only. The USB port does not provide a data connection between the device and the chair. 

1. Verify the USB cable is properly inserted and connected to both the chair and the device being used.

2. Verify the USB cable being used is functional by plugging the cable and device into another USB charging source.

3. Verify the issue remains with an alternate USB Cable.

4. Verify the issue remains with an alternate device.
