What should I do if my Reflex PopUp remote does not work?
The Reflex PopUp remote must have an active battery connection and a clear line of sight to the product’s control panel.
If the foot massager responds inconsistently or does not respond when you press the remote, follow the steps below.
1. Remove the battery-saver tab
A new remote may have a plastic battery-saver tab that prevents battery contact during shipping.
Locate the plastic tab and pull it straight out of the remote. Removing the tab allows the battery to make contact and provide power to the remote.
2. Do not block the remote transmitter
Hold the remote so your hand or fingers do not cover the transmitter. Blocking the transmitter may prevent the remote’s signal from reaching the foot massager.
3. Point the remote at the control panel
Aim the remote transmitter directly at the control panel located on top of the Reflex PopUp, and then press the desired button.
The remote requires a clear path to the control panel. Make sure no objects are blocking the signal between the remote and the foot massager.
What if the remote still does not work?
If the Reflex PopUp still does not respond after completing these steps, submit a Human Touch Service Request to open a claim.
Please provide:
- Product model
- Product serial number
- Proof of purchase, if available
- Description of the problem
- Confirmation that the battery-saver tab was removed
- Photos or a video showing how the remote is being used
Human Touch will review the claim and advise whether additional troubleshooting, a replacement remote, or other assistance is needed.
