My chair makes sounds I didn't hear when I tried it in the store / at a Roadshow or my chair sounds much louder than it was when I tried it at the store/Roadshow

This is a common concern. Our products have robust motors and moving parts to provide the best experience possible. However, sound can be amplified when used in a home or office versus in a furniture showroom or other public venues. Some things to consider are flooring (carpet versus tile or wood) and ambient noise such as talking and the rattling of shopping carts etc.
