To help troubleshoot your Human Touch® product, please contact us by phone, email, or online chat and have your product's model name and serial number available. Our team is available Monday through Thursday between 7:00am and 4:30pm, Pacific Time (PT), and Fridays from 7:00am to 3:30pm (PT).
