Troubleshoot the Issue
Check the Foot and Calf massager as the source of the noise.
Often the noise is related to the wheels on the Foot and Calf massager. You can check if the Foot and Calf massager is the source by following the steps below.
a. Fully restore the chair, then press the ZeroG button on the remote Control. This should start your chair reclining. If a second person is available, you can have them assist by using the Back button to move the chairs forward and backward also.
b. While the chair is reclining, lift the Foot and Calf massager and carefully walk with the chair.
Did the noise go away when the Foot and Calf massager was lifted? If so, the wheels on the Foot and Calf massager more than likely need to be replaced.
